Products/Prices
Product listings, specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Prices for Supplies are in Indian Rupees (Rs), inclusive of GST (5%, 12%, 18% & 28% based on their respective HSN Codes) & exclusive of Octroi duty or any other government levies, which if applicable, will be borne by the customer. The Company has used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that prices for Supplies are accurately set out but reserves the right to change its prices without notice at any time. Prices charged will be those prevailing when an order is accepted.
Shipping duration
All confirmed orders for items in stock shall be shipped within 1-3 days. It may take 4-10 business days for the goods to reach the customer depending upon the delivery destination. Sometimes, it may take more time due to unforeseen reasons like weather conditions, flight delays or reasons that are beyond our control.
Special / Non-Stocked / Back-ordered items or ‘on-order’ items shall be shipped based on their respective lead times, which shall be informed well in advance.
Freight Policy
Prices stated are EX-OUR WAREHOUSE at Chandigarh. TECHSOLUTE charges a shipping and handling fee, (which includes internal handling and related costs), on each order which is applied at time of order and reflected on customer’s invoice. Receipts for shipping and handling charges will not be furnished. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer’s only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.
Order Cancellation
Stocked Items: Orders not shipped can be cancelled for a full refund by simply sending an email to info[@]techsolute.com. However, once the order is shipped, a ‘Returns request’ will have to be submitted.
Non-Stocked/Back ordered Items: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned
Important: No Returns or Exchanges will be provided for items under Clearance Page.
Returns
To help us ensure the quality of our products and provide you with a hassle-free return process, we have set forth a return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
A return request may be submitted within 2 days of the receipt of Goods by the customer specifying the reason for the same by sending an email to info[@]techsolute.com.
However, prior to returning any Goods to the Company for any reason, the Customer must obtain a Returns Authorization. All Goods are returned at the Customer’s risk & expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Company and for providing proof of delivery of such return.
Once it is established that the returned goods are worthy of re-sale, a refund shall be made in the same mode as it was paid. This may take 5-10 days after the receipt of goods.
Damaged goods: It is advisable to record an unboxing video (uncut) that clearly shows the unopened package and the unpacking process. If the product is damaged or defective, please share the video with us immediately for assistance. We will review your unboxing video and determine if the return request meets our return policy criteria. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
