Information and data given herein is offered in good faith as accurate, but without guarantee. Conditions of use and suitability of a product for a particular use is beyond our control; all risks of use of the product and liability for loss, damage or injury to property of Buyer or others, are therefore assumed by the buyer / user and WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE.
Products/Prices
Product listings, specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Prices for Supplies are in Indian Rupees (Rs), inclusive of GST (5%, 12%, 18% & 28% based on their respective HSN Codes) & exclusive of Octroi duty or any other government levies, which if applicable, will be borne by the customer. The Company has used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that prices for Supplies are accurately set out but reserves the right to change its prices without notice at any time. Prices charged will be those prevailing when an order is accepted.
Shipping duration
All confirmed orders for items in stock shall be shipped within 1-3 days. It may take 4-10 business days for the goods to reach the customer depending upon the delivery destination. Sometimes, it may take more time due to unforeseen reasons like weather conditions, flight delays or reasons that are beyond our control.
Special / Non-Stocked items or 'on-order' items shall be shipped based on their respective lead times, which shall be informed well in advance.
Freight Policy
Prices stated are EX-OUR WAREHOUSE at Chandigarh. TECHSOLUTE charges a shipping and handling fee, (which includes internal handling and related costs), on each order which is applied at time of order and reflected on customer's invoice. Receipts for shipping and handling charges will not be furnished. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.
Cancellations & returns
Order Cancellation
- Stocked Items: Orders not shipped can be cancelled for a full refund by simply sending an email to support[@]techsolute.com. However, once the order is shipped, a 'Returns request' will have to be submitted.
- Non-Stocked Items: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Returns
A return request may be submitted within 3 days of the receipt of Goods by the customer specifying the reason for the same by sending an email to support[@]techsolute.com. However, prior to returning any Goods to the Company for any reason, the Customer must obtain a Returns Authorization. All Goods are returned at the Customer’s risk & expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Company and for providing proof of delivery of such return.
Once it is established that the returned goods are worthy of re-sale, a refund shall be made. This may take 5-10 days after the receipt of goods. Shipping charges levied on order may be deducted. The decision of the Company in this regard shall be final and binding.
Use of Classifieds
TECHSOLUTE offers a platform for industrial classifieds and allows users who comply with these Terms to offer, sell, and buy products and services listed on the Platform. Users hereby acknowledge and agree that TECHSOLUTE is not a party to any transactions done through this classifieds platform and has no control over any element of such transactions, and shall have no liability to any party in connection with such transactions. You use the Service and the Platform at your own risk.
TECHSOLUTE shall not be liable in any way for the Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the browsing, using or reading any Content listed, emailed or otherwise made available via the Classifieds Service. You acknowledge and agree that TECHSOLUTE cannot and does not pre-screen or approve any Content, but has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, delete or move any Content that is or may be available through the Service, for any reason or no reason at all.
TECHSOLUTE makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the platform's content or the content of any third party websites linked to the platform and assumes no liability or responsibility for any
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content,
- Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the platform and service,
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein,
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform,
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party, and/or
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, communicated, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the platform or the service.
TECHSOLUTE does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the platform or any hyperlinked website or featured in any banner or other advertising, and Techsolute will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and/or other users and/or third-party providers of products or services. As with the purchase of a product or service through any medium or in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate.
